Introduction
When I’m feeling lazy but still craving something indulgent, this is the dessert I always make. Napoleon in a glass delivers all the creamy, flaky goodness of the classic Napoleon cake—without baking, layering, or effort. It’s rich, crunchy, silky, and so finger-licking good that it’s usually eaten in about two minutes flat. Simple, fast, and dangerously delicious.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, baked and cooled
1½ cups vanilla custard or pastry cream
Optional: whipped cream (for a lighter texture)
Crushed puff pastry or cookies, for topping
