  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Crab Filling

  • 1 cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab, finely chopped)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 green onions, finely sliced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but excellent)

  • Salt & pepper to taste
