PEACH COBBLER CHEESECAKE CONES

 



INSTRUCTIONS:

  • 1st Step – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2nd Step –In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and flour to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined and smooth. Set aside.
  • 3rd Step –In another bowl, toss together diced peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
  • 4th Step –Spread the peach mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until tender and caramelized. Let cool slightly.
  • 5th Step –Carefully break off the top of each sugar cone to create an opening large enough to fill.Fill each cone with a layer of the cheesecake filling, followed by a layer of the peach cobbler filling, alternating until filled to the top.
  • 6th Step –Place filled cones back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set and cones are golden brown.
  • 7th Step –Optional: Top each cone with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.Serve immediately and watch as the whole family enjoys this delightful fusion of flavors
