Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef
1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Chopped Onion
¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ cup Beef Broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
5 Potatoes, Peeled and Thinly Sliced
1 ½ cups Shredded Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and generously grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium-high heat on the stove until the onions are tender, and the meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a bowl, blend the heavy whipping cream, broth, rosemary, garlic powder, cream of mushroom soup, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Create a base layer in the baking dish using half of the thinly sliced potatoes.
Top the potatoes with ⅓ of the soup mixture and half of the meat mixture.
Repeat the layering process with another set of potatoes, ⅓ of the soup, and the remaining meat mixture.
Finish by layering the remaining soup mixture and then sprinkling the shredded cheese on top.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
